Valentine's Day Personalised Ceramic Mug, using two of Your Photographs
 
Available in a White Ceramic Dishwasher Safe Mug or available in a Black Magic Mug: When cold the mugs are black and the image underneath is only slightly visible. Once hot water is poured into the mug, the black vanishes leaving a white mug with your photographs visible. When the mug goes cold, it goes back to black. Please note due to the colour changing properties these black magic mugs are not dishwasher safe.
 
On purchase please message us with the two photographs you would like to use on the mug. We will design your mug and prior to printing, will send you a mock up of how your mug would look. Once you are happy with the design, we will then print your item and get it posted out to you.

Printed using a technique called Sublimation. Dye Sublimation printing is a process whereby full colour images, text and other graphics can be transferred onto a receptive item. The process relies on a specialised ‘dye sublimation’ ink, which when heated changes from being a solid dye to being a gas, without passing through a liquid stage. Taking this a step further, if this gas encounters polymer fibres as it moves, it will penetrate those fibres, permanently dyeing them.
 
The effect is rather like that of tattooing. The surface of the substrate is smooth and the transfer print cannot be felt instead becoming part of the surface. This provides a totally durable result that will not fade or crack.
