Shopping

 

Thank you for your interest in ordering from Personalised Little Gift Shop. When you place an order, you are agreeing to purchase the product at the stated price. We will send you an order acknowledgment via email, but please note that we may refuse an order for reasons such as payment issues, pricing errors, stock availability, or inappropriate content in personalized products. Should we refuse your order, we will promptly refund your credit card. Additionally, international orders may incur import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Our return policy does not apply to the refusal of delivery, return of delivery, perishable goods, items that have been personalised or custom made for you.

Bespoke Orders

 

Thank you for choosing us for your bespoke order! By placing an order with a logo, text, phrase, slogan, you agree to allow us to showcase images of your finished items on our website and for advertising purposes. If you wish to have your removed or not published, you can request this at any time, and will ensure they are taken down within 2 to 3 working days. note that we cannot recall any items that have already been.

 

Payment

 

Thank you for your order! Please note payment is required prior to delivery, and you can conveniently pay using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal. We prioritize your security with the latest 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your information on our secure server. While we strive to keep our product availability updated, we cannot guarantee that all items will always be in. If an item is unavailable, aim to deliver it within 30 days, and if we cannot fulfill your order within that timeframe, you can request a cancellation for a full refund.

 

Order Cancellations

 

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. To cancel, please contact our customer service team. However, please note that orders for perishable goods or personalized/custom-made products cannot be cancelled. We recommend reviewing your order and confirmation email carefully, as we cannot refund or cancel personalized items that contain misspellings or changes after submission. Our automated system does not proofread personalizations, so ensure all details are correct before finalizing your order. Feel free to modify it as needed!

 

Delivery

 

Thank you for your order! We deliver to addresses within the UK and select areas of Europe. While we strive to dispatch your items on the specified day, please note that this is not guaranteed, and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third parties or manufacturers. For undeliverable goods, a redelivery charge may apply, and we may wait up to 30 days from dispatch before processing replacements.

Our working hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 8.00pm and all our dispatch and delivery timescales do not include weekends or bank holidays. Next Working Day delivery to Northern Ireland, Overseas UK addresses and Parts of Scotland will take an extra day.

Standard or 2nd Class Mail UK address only - Royal Mail or Evri aim to deliver within 2-3 working days, however, this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.
Express or 1st Class Mail UK address only- Royal Mail or Evri aim to deliver your order 1-2 working days, however, this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.
Express & Tracked UK address only - Royal Mail or Evri aim to deliver your order 1-2 working days, however, this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.
Next Working Day - Orders received by the cut off time stated on the product page, will be delivered next working day (Excludes Northern Ireland, Overseas UK addresses and Parts of Scotland).

Please note that all our items require production time and this is stated on individual product pages and above delivery timescales are estimated.

 

Returned Orders
Any package that is returned to us as 'not called for' or for any other reason, we will notify you via your registered email address. If you do not re-arrange delivery with us, within 30 days of the notice, we will dispose of your package and no refund or compensation will be available to you.

 

Returns

Please notify us of any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within hours of delivery. Returns should be made within 30 days of receiving your order, in unused condition with all original packaging, and we’ll refund the product price along with any postage costs. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For your protection, we recommend using a recorded delivery service for returns.

Liability

To the full extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of an implied warranty or condition is limited to the supply of the goods and/or services again or payment of the costs of having those goods and/or services supplied again. We accept no liability for any loss whatsoever including consequential loss suffered by you arising from product/s we have supplied.
