How do you personalise the mugs, T-Shirts etc and will the designs crack?"

Accepted Answer

Printed using a technique called Sublimation. Dye Sublimation printing is a process whereby full colour images, text and other graphics can be transferred onto a receptive item. The process relies on a specialised ‘dye sublimation’ ink, which when heated changes from being a solid dye to being a gas, without passing through a liquid stage. Taking this a step further, if this gas encounters polymer fibres as it moves, it will penetrate those fibres, permanently dyeing them.
 
The effect is rather like that of tattooing. The surface of the substrate is smooth and the transfer print cannot be felt instead becoming part of the surface. This provides a totally durable result that will not fade or crack.
 
The vinyl we use on the other items is environmentally friendly PU material and is Washable up to 80°C Dry clean Tumble Dry.

How do I send you the photographs and words I want on a personalised item?

You can either have full colour or black and white, or a combination of the both, it really is down to your personal choice what you would like printed on the personalised item.
 
We can retouch your photo's, Logo, drawing etc to help produce a stunning eye catching personalised item that would look great in your home, and or a great gift for a family member or someone within your circle of friends.
 
Once we have completed your design, we will email you a mock up for your final approval before printing the item, this is to ensure you are 100% happy with the design, words etc. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us via the

Can I have a mock up of my order prior to you posting it out?

Do you do discounts for bulk orders?

Yes we are more than happy to offer a discount on bulk orders. Please feel free to contact us via the contact button in the right bottom corner and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We will always offer discounts for bulk orders and will also give discounts to groups, animal rescue orgs, charities, etc.

How quickly do you dispatch orders

Depending on the time and day, we try to get all orders out the same day, or the next working day and our orders are sent out for Next Day delivery.

Do you combine postage on orders

Yes, combined postage is done on weight automatically, so will combine the postage on checkout

The postage seems high on my order

We will always review the postage you have been charged as sometimes the combined postage we have set up doesn't work as it should with certain items. rest assured if we have charged you too much for postage, we will refund this prior to sending your order out.
