When browsing our website (personalised little gift shop) and or register an Account with us or purchase a personalised gift some information may be collected  ie a username and password; your name, billing and delivery addresses, email address and phone number plus your payment method ie; Paypal, credit card.

In personalising our gift range we do collect your images and any user content you have uploaded for the personalised item and any emails etc you have used to contact us. Furthermore we will also collect the data where you may have opted in to receive emails from us regarding discounts and new range items plus any promotional offers. This data will be collected and stored by us, and will not be passed on to any third parties. You have the right at any time to ask us to stop any communication by ourselves, even if you agreed earlier.

We will not share your data with any other third parties without your permission unless we are legally entitled to do so (eg pursuant to a court order or for the purposes of prevention or detection of crime or fraud);
Any photographs sent to us by you for use on your chosen personalised gift /s will be deleted from our system within two weeks and any photographs illustrations etc sent in by you will not be used by us, unless we have asked you permission, and this permission has been granted.

ensure no-one else uses Personalised Little Gift Shop through your Account;
log off or exit from your PLGS Account when not using it;
keep your password / username etc to yourself.
Try to use a different password that you are currently using on other websites.

Fraudulent emails
We will never ask you to confirm the details of your Account or Payment Method by email or mobile communication. If you receive such contact, please do not respond to it and please email us with the details of any such attempts
